Donation & Sponsorship Requests

At Grocery Basket, we’re more than just a grocery store — we’re a family-owned business rooted in the heart of Grenada. We believe in giving back to the people, organizations, and efforts that make our town such a special place.

To help us handle requests fairly and consistently, we’ve created a simple process for all donation and sponsorship inquiries.

Please review the following before submitting your request:

• All requests must be submitted through this online form.

• Donation requests are reviewed once a month, on the first Thursday of each month.

• We are unable to provide support for the following categories:

  • Personal or individual benefit fundraisers

  • Sports teams

  • Beauty pageants

  • Harvest festivals

Each request is reviewed by our management team based on authenticity, community impact, and available funds within our monthly donation budget.
